     Chelsea’s New Name Revealed As Owner Todd Bhoely Announces Change. Many shifts have occurred at Chelsea FC since Todd Bhoely and other billionaires assumed control of the team.

To include things like reinvesting in the team by hiring a new coach and acquiring new players and upgrading the facilities.



Bhoely, however, has just revealed in an interview that the club’s owners plan to change the name to the London Cowboys.

     Remember that the American has also lately made public his wish that the top clubs in the English Premier League compete in an annual All-Star match, and that he plans to rename Chelsea.

While this may seem strange to some given the club’s name, he and the other owners are considering a number of options that might offer Chelsea a fresh image in the eyes of its rivals.

Okafor Emmanuel Junior, a former professional footballer, has been convicted and sentenced to jail.

      He was sentenced to five years’ imprisonment by Justice Nicholas Oweibo of the Federal High Court in Lagos for cocaine trafficking.  The judgement was handed down after Emmanuel pleaded guilty to the charge of trafficking in the banned substance made against him by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).  The former footballer, according to the prosecutor, Augustine Nwagu, was arrested with 1.4 kilograms of cocaine on his arrival from Brazil on September 26,2022, at the arrival hall of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos.  Nwagu told the court that the offence committed by the convict, contravened section 11(a) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act Cap N30 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 and punishable under the same Act.        Following his plea of guilty, the prosecutor asked the court to sentence him in accordance with the section of the law he was charged with.  But his law...

      According to the figures, under the 13 per cent derivation fund on withdrawal from ECA without deducting derivation from 2004 to 2019, Abia State received N4.8 billion with outstanding sum of N2.8 billion, Akwa-Ibom received N128 billion with outstanding sum of N77 billion, Bayelsa with N92.2bn, leaving an outstanding of N55 billion. Cross River got a refund N1.3 billion with a balance N792 million, Delta State received N110 billion, leaving a balance of N66.2 billion, Edo State received N11.3billion, with a balance of N6.8billion, Imo State, N5.5 billion, with an outstanding sum of N3.3 billion, Ondo State, N19.4 billion with an outstanding sum of N11.7bn while Rivers State was paid 103.6 billion, with an outstanding balance of N62.3 billion.
