Nigerian Senate Extends JAMB Result Validity To 3 Years

The Senate on Thursday passed the amendment to the law establishing the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.



The law now extends the validity of the result of the board’s examination from one year to three years.

37 YEARS OLD MICHAEL JONATHAN NUMA, FROM BAYELSA STATE BECOMES THE YOUNGEST SAN IN NIGERIA.

      37 Years old Michael Jonathan Numa, from Bayelsa State was on Monday elevated to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), making him the youngest SAN in Nigeria. Michael Numa schooled at the Delta State University were he obtained the Bachelor of Law In 2008, he was called to the Bar as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2010.        In 2013, Michael obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Business Law from the prestigious Queen Mary University of London  He also completed the International Comparative Arbitration course at Queen Mary University.  In 2018, Michael concluded a certificate program on U.S. Business Law from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.  I WANT AYU TO REMAIN AS PDP CHAIRMAN, SAYS ORTOM AS HE BACKED OUT OF WIKE'S CAMP Benue Governor Samuel Ortom has seemingly pitched his tent with former Vice President Atiku Abubakar over the controversy on Iyorchia Ayu’s stay as National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Ortom, a member of the Governor Nyesom Wike camp, has declared that he wants Ayu to remain as the party chairman. The governor has been siding with his Rivers counterpart since the party’s presidential primary in May, a development that has attracted criticisms from some quarters.
